The Inside Out, the alt/indie rock band based in Connecticut, is back with another hit. The band recently released the summery, feel-good track “Good Times,” the latest single from their upcoming project Road Trip.
“Good Times” captures the essence of life’s fleeting moments, urging listeners to appreciate every experience, whether joyous or challenging. This vibrant track, built on electric, guitar-driven melodies and irresistible rhythms, embodies the boundless freedom of summer. It’s perfect for dancing, spending carefree nights with friends, and reminiscing while creating new memories.
‘Good Times’ is a song I wrote in 2018 that addresses two main ideas. Firstly, it conveys the sarcastic feelings surrounding negative events and relationships. Secondly, it highlights that these moments, whether good or bad, are all part of life. You just need to take a breath, be patient, avoid overthinking, and enjoy life’s journey, one moment at a time.

Fans can now watch the official music video on YouTube. Directed by Kris Khunachak, the video was filmed on a hot day in Shelton, Connecticut. It perfectly reflects the song’s infectious, feel-good vibe, showcasing the band members enjoying the sun and having fun with close friends.
